  • Job Summary:
    Implements talent acquisition policies and strategies, provides consultation to leadership, and supervises staff in all aspects of talent acquisition and recruiting and retaining qualified and diverse applicant pools and attracting top talent for the institution.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Implements institutional strategic talent acquisition initiatives, directs daily operations of staff, and allocates resources to achieve objectives in alignment with established initiatives
    • Develops, implements, and executes programs, processes, and standards that support institutional objectives
    • Serves as subject matter expert and advisor to leadership, assists with the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies, and disseminates best practices and provides updates on talent acquisition objectives and initiatives
    • Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
    • Develops and maintains the institution's employment brand
