Job Summary:
Develops, implements, and administers employee and development training programs focused in the multilingual institutional work environment. Directs strategic planning for department level training to meet the cross-divisional training needs of the institution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of training procedures related to the delivery of service in a multilingual workplace, the management and coordination of Cultural Linguistics Services ongoing analysis and improvement, identifies institutional training needs, and may negotiate contracts with outside training providers
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Develops interpretation and translation programs and protocols, communicates and develops multilingual educational resources, and manages multilingual program planning, policy, procedures, and administration in alignment with the strategic plan
- Serves as a liaison to internal and external groups to promote and showcase the importance of educational and learning opportunities
- Provides direction and oversight to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Cultural Linguistic Services program
- Develops and audits the budget
