Job Summary:
Directs and implements the institution's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function. Provides systems planning, support, and development and supervises staff. Provides consultative services and advises HR leadership on current and future systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implements institutional strategic initiatives related to the HRIS function and allocates resources to achieve objectives in alignment with established initiatives
- Directs and manages unit operational functions , and plans and directs all aspects of design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new or modified human resources information systems(s) to meet the institution's ongoing needs
- Serves as the institutional liaison to leadership regarding all HRIS matters and associated policies, procedures, and best practices
- Researches, analyzes, and selects appropriate hardware and software
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
