Job Summary:
Conducts prompt, thorough, and fair human resources (HR) investigations including gathering and analyzing facts, applying relevant laws, policies, and past practice, and making credibility determinations to reach conclusions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into violations of University policies and procedures
- Conducts and manages investigations end-to-end including intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings with campus and/or unit leadership
- Interviews all relevant parties including alleged victims, complainants, and witnesses
- Prepares comprehensive written investigation reports and effectively communicates those results as needed
- Maintains required documentation including intake and investigative notes, supporting documents, and final reports
- Gathers, analyzes, tracks, and reports information and case trends
