Job Summary:
Responsible for the creation, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of institutional trainings and customized solutions. Recommends and develops curricular strategy, documentation, education and learning programs to support organizational policies, procedures, technologies, and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as an institutional consultative training resource and liaison
- Serves as a subject matter expert and institutional point of contact for leadership and employees to provide advice and create customized educational approaches
- Creates, maintains, and leads learning and organizational development programs for various institutional initiatives, strategies, and needs
- Develops content and prepares and updates specialized instructional materials and assessment tools to align with organizational objectives and strategy
- Assists with education of and documentation creation for policies, procedures, tutorials, guidance, and supplemental forms
- Facilitates professional development courses, activities, and/or programs and guides learning to align with existing curriculum
