- Develops strategic plan and objectives by reviewing and analyzing trends and recommendations which will achieve wellness goals
- Identifies short-term and long-term goals for wellness programs to align with strategic objectives
- Develops strategic wellness initiatives to promote employee or community involvement
- Implements strategic plan and manages program to achieve goals and objectives
- Provides administrative and programmatic health and wellness services
