Job Summary:
Defines systems requirements, makes recommendations for technology selection, and performs moderately-complex data analysis to ensure data management objectives are met. Provides guidance to lower level staff and facilitates unit staff training.

- Maps business processes using intermediate mapping methodologies
- Makes recommendations for the selection of technology solutions to align with business strategies
- Designs, develops, and implements data reporting and business intelligence systems
- Provides moderately advanced procedural and technical guidance to unit staff regarding technology usage and management
- Facilitates user training and develops user documentation
- Performs moderately complex data analyses and reporting
- Provides guidance to lower level IT staff on specific project goals, outcomes, and technological components
