Job Summary:
Assists in the designs, implementations, and maintenance of infrastructure and/or routine technical integrations across multiple systems, including in-house systems, acquired commercial, and external such as Cloud hosted. Provides day-to-day maintenance to ensure subsystems and infrastructure function together and business needs are met.

Job Responsibilities:
- Integrates, identifies, troubleshoots, monitors, and resolves basic supported services, systems, network, and application problems according to established processes and procedures
- Serves as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, communicating issue updates and resolutions
- Creates user training materials and basic technical documentation regarding system operations and changes
- Configures, maintains, upgrades, develops, and tests IT systems and services in alignment with industry best practices
- Assists with running, maintaining, and operating technical systems and infrastructure
