Job Summary:
Completes non-routine system planning, installation, analysis, and issue resolution independently to support institutional and partner network connectivity and performance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Designs, installs, and tests non-routine networks and associated hardware and software to ensure compliance and adhere to established timelines and expectations
- Develops and implements complex network management and monitoring tools, writing complex scripts to automate repetitive tasks
- Researches network technologies and procures new equipment and resources to meet program or project requests independently
- Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to align with strategic initiatives and unit objectives
- Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents non-routine network connectivity and performance issues in institutional and partner networks according to established procedures, best practices, and regulations
- Trains staff and/or clients and serves as a main point of contact for internal and external individuals and groups
