Job Summary:
Provides complex technical and operational support for unified and mobile communications technologies, processing requests for adds, changes, and moves, and assists the Unified Communications team in improving and implementing the communications systems. May support cable TV services and billing services.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides complex technical and operational communications technology support
- Receives, processes, and escalates support requests via ticketing system
- Leads the development and implementation of service capacity, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Leads the development and integration of new communication technology product offerings or modifications
- Serves as a subject matter expert to institutional IT partners
