Job Summary:
Facilitates the purchase of information technology (IT) products and services and manages IT product lifecycle from selection to purchase to deployment to end of life.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manages vendor relationships including organizing training, product roadmaps, product selection, and product support
- Conducts campus engagement including needs assessments, IT product recommendations, support services, and customer feedback iteration
- Serves as a liaison to Campus Purchasing and Logistics Operations for IT product procurement and distribution, including product selection, contract negotiation, contract renewals, and product distributions
- Represents the university, in conjunction with Procurement, to IT vendors to discuss and negotiate software sales, service programs, software licensing and distribution, and other technology related support services
