Job Summary:
Oversees major campus information technology (IT) projects and initiatives and serves as the point of contact between project sponsors and core project teams. Advises on all aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO), manages day-to-day project planning and execution, and owns responsibility for project progression.

Job Responsibilities:
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Serves as a liaison between all related councils, committees, teams, and the Project Management Office
- Represents campus initiatives at meetings and effectively engages the campus community
- Collaborates with third-party consultants supporting projects and holds consultants accountable to defined scope of responsibilities and deliverables
- Guides the development of facilitation materials and relevant information to support decision-making
- Oversees day-to-day operations and execution of projects and initiatives
- Monitors and evaluates project status assessing overall effectiveness of project techniques
