Job Summary:
Analyzes business needs of the organization and translates those needs into the technology requirements for applied projects to ensure information technology (IT) solutions meet enterprise needs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with stakeholders to understand business needs, proposed solutions, and determine technology requirements
- Analyzes enterprise technology environment to determine available technology solutions
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for solution development including programming, documentation, and testing to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and meet end user needs
- Evaluates vendor options if necessary
- Creates solution prototypes for evaluation
