  • Job Summary:
    Directs development, supervision, and delivery of quality outreach programs. Establishes and facilitates strategic partnerships to support the growth and execution of programs. Promotes stable and productive relationships between the university and local community.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Directs the development of long range and short term strategic plans and initiatives to further the growth of the outreach program
    • Directs the organizational strategic goals of the programs and unit
    • Directs unit personnel and budgeted activities
    • Serves as liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups providing organizational information and representing interest of the unit
    • Develops and monitors the budget
    • Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
