Job Summary:
Creates and promotes digital content and organizes staff workflows for one or more identified digital platforms in a specified medium to communicate content and increase audience engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Writes, edits, publishes, and integrates content on digital platforms that engages with audiences, including interviewing sources, researching topics, and assembling relevant multimedia elements
- Facilitates and secures resources for digital content creation workflow within a work unit or project and collaborates with other teams on both long-term and short-term multimedia projects
- Participates in the development and conceptualization of strategies for one or many identified digital platforms
- Develops and maintains reports of content metrics and informs identified stakeholders of changes and needs
- Serves as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders to promote strategy and establish partnerships
- Trains staff on digital concepts, strategies, and techniques
