Job Summary:
Works as a production, audio, and/or editing specialist. Operates audio and/or video production equipment and monitors program quality in live and pre-recorded settings.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operates and monitors audio and/or video production equipment to ensure proper recording of programming in a variety of settings according to specifications
- Performs video and audio editing and/or sweetening, utilizing creative and technical skills to create content
- Maintains quality control and adheres to all technical standards
- Creates graphic elements to incorporate into the production and/or post-production process
- Advises on equipment capabilities, demonstrating excellent judgement with creative technical and aesthetic decisions
- May research and make equipment purchasing recommendations
- May supervise production crew and/or serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders
