Job Summary:
Supports research by designing, programming, and coding systems which will array data for reports and retrieval.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides research methodology, database programming expertise, and database management to support research
- Assesses faculty, staff, and student needs for research data retrieval and develops retrieval mechanisms
- Designs and develops a system of databases for research data in a format suitable for analysis
- Monitors research data acquisition and conversion and conducts research data quality control checks
- Designs and distributes reports
- Designs, develops, codes, and documents programs for integrating research data
- Oversees data use by faculty, staff, and students to maintain compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and protocols
- Provides solutions for networking, hardware, and software issues
