  • Job Summary:
    Designs, develops, and delivers curriculum for non-credit programming. Applies and implements tools and technology that support the institution's educational mission and/or continuing education opportunities to the institution.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Assists in the development of strategic planning initiatives and unit objectives to ensure appropriate use of financial, administrative, and staffing resources and alignment with the strategic plan
    • Assists in the development of operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations, institutional policies, and unit objectives
    • Serves as the unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups providing continuing education information and representing the interests of the unit in the absence of a director
    • Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
    • May assist with developing and auditing the unit budget
