Job Summary:
Provides strategic leadership and support in the areas of academic leadership, educational innovation, strategic planning, project management, and process improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as a strategic resource to executive and campus leadership to shape and advance campus strategic priorities and initiatives
- Coordinates efforts to define priorities, report on progress, and ensure that the priorities are integrated into decision-making
- Works with executive leadership to coordinate the development, updating, communication, and implementation of the campus Strategic Framework
- Works collaboratively with deans and directors across campus to help shape and advance priorities in their units, align plans in schools/colleges/divisions with the campus Strategic Framework, and advance the mission and vision of the university and their units
- Leads the Office of Quality Improvement and manages its capacity, financial resources, and performance
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Manages the Office of Quality Improvement's financial system and develops and audits the budget
