  • Job Summary:
    Serves as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert in the area of policy development and policy management, and provides project oversight for projects and initiatives related to policy development and policy management.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Provides subject matter expertise in the development of draft policies and systems for developing, archiving, and distributing institution-wide policies
    • Serves as project owner for policy-related projects
    • Consults with policy owners and stakeholders to develop and draft policies, consults with stakeholders, and revises to address concerns identified during consultation
    • Serves as liaison to various policy management office(s) to ensure that policies are in compliance with System mandates and that current policies are published in institution and system-appropriate locations
    • Provides review of current policies and procedures
    • Leads and facilitates regular meetings with team leaders, provides briefings, and resolves any issues that may arise
