    Serves as a confidential/impartial resource and sounding board for faculty, staff, and graduate student employees. Works to solve problems via informal means while ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Provides confidential consultation, advice, and expertise to stakeholders to identify problems
    • Works through problems, concerns, or disputes via informal means while ensuring alignment with institutional goals and standards of practice of the International Ombudsman Association
    • Develops and maintains confidential notes and statistical data for purposes of identifying trends in complaints and concerns
    • Identifies and communicates problems areas in university policies and practices
    • May recommend development and revisions of policies
