Job Summary:
Serves as a confidential/impartial resource and sounding board for faculty, staff, and graduate student employees. Works to solve problems via informal means while ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides confidential consultation, advice, and expertise to stakeholders to identify problems
- Works through problems, concerns, or disputes via informal means while ensuring alignment with institutional goals and standards of practice of the International Ombudsman Association
- Develops and maintains confidential notes and statistical data for purposes of identifying trends in complaints and concerns
- Identifies and communicates problems areas in university policies and practices
- May recommend development and revisions of policies
