Job Summary:
Directs and oversees the central advising office and staff across campus. Works collaboratively across all advising units across campus to coordinate services and ensure delivery of high impact advising, from new student enrollment to matriculation. Strives to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees financial management of central campus advising unit
- Directs professional advising staff on programming, initiatives, and curricular updates
- Evaluates and implements best practices in advising
- Coordinates orientation programs
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
