  • Job Summary:
    Directsprogrammingandsupportforresidentslivinginassignedcampushousingunits,respondstonon-routineemergencysituations,andsupervisesstaffinsupportofcreatinganinclusiveandsafelivingcommunity.Foster the development of and maintain partnerships in support of internal partnerships in support of program and services for students and staff.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Develops, implements, and evaluates resident housing operating policies, procedures, and programs to promote an inclusive community
    • Evaluates and promotes short and long term existing strategies and makes recommendations for program enhancement
    • Assists with the oversight of the unit budget
    • Triages and responds to emergency situations according to established policies and procedures in partnership with emergency personnel and law enforcement if necessary
    • Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
