Job Summary:
Supervises staff in the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of student-athletes for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure adherence to compliance regulations. Provides oversight of the recruiting budget and database in support of an athletic department's goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plans and directs staff implementation of prospective student-athlete identification and evaluation processes in collaboration with coaching staff
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for off-campus and on-campus recruiting and official and unofficial visits and ensures compliance with established rules and regulations
- Manages the unit or program budget
- Directs, implements, and monitors recruitment records and information systems to adhere to established rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
