Job Summary:
Drafts gift agreements through consultation with both internal and external stakeholders, manages estate gift administration, and manages the planned gift program including implementation of best-practices for marketing, prospect identification and donor stewardship.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drafts all gift agreements, as well as identifies and addresses remediation needs in existing gift agreements, to comply with institution and legal requirements, policies and procedures
- Consults and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders to identify gift vehicles, spending criteria, structure and agreement language
- Leads all preparation, review, recording and processing of planned gifts received to ensure the university receives funds
- Tracks and monitors reports regarding all planned gift expectancies to support the university for data accuracy
- Serves as subject matter expert and advises fund development staff on strategies to cultivate, solicit and secure planned gifts
