Job Summary:
Develops institution wide polices in a specific compliance area, develops and delivers training programs; and creates, distributes, and maintains compliance documentation to ensure compliance with institutional policies and/or laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements new and revised operational policies and procedures relating to specific compliance laws or regulations
- Creates and delivers educational materials and trainings to target populations and entities
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Creates, disseminates, and maintains required reports and notices in accordance with established laws and regulations
- Serves as the subject matter expert and a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
