  • Job Summary:
    Independently investigates and assists in the resolution of complex, sensitive and high-profile discrimination complaints filed with the institution. Determines whether allegations meet institution criteria for filing a complaint of discrimination and works with additional legal bodies to identify and recommend outcomes.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Completes legal investigations including interviews, document reviews, and report preparation and writing specific to complex, sensitive, and high-profile discrimination complaints filed with the Institution
    • Assesses allegation criteria, reviews complaints, and communicates pertinent investigation activity and information to affiliated stakeholders
    • Provides consultative services to affiliated entities regarding ongoing investigations
    • Collaborates with various legal bodies to adhere to legal requests and negotiate resolutions
