Job Summary:
Supervises and schedules field service parking staff and oversees collections operations. Serves as a liaison to the department and the general public.

Job Responsibilities:
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Assigns staff tasks, responsibilities, and performance standards to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Provides comprehensive onboarding and routine training to employees on a variety of complex permit, enforcement regulations, policies, and job requirements including communication, conflict management, consistency in rule interpretation, and customer service
- Establishes and maintains regular team meetings to communicate, problem-solve, and make decisions regarding daily operations and seeks input for departmental policies and procedures
- Reviews, evaluates, and seeks customer input to continuously improve the parking enforcement programs
