  • Job Summary:
    Develops and assesses programming and initiatives, may assist in staff supervision, and provides operational management for diversity and inclusion programs to foster a supportive institutional culture.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Plans, executes, and evaluates diversity and inclusion programming initiatives
    • Schedules logistics and secures resources to support the daily operations of one or more programs
    • May participate in the hiring, supervision, management of staff, interns, and/or student workers, and resolve personnel issues
    • Monitors the unit or program budget and approves unit expenditures
