Job Summary:
Directs the development, management, and maintenance of existing institutional properties to ensure operable and efficient space for institutional needs. Provides guidance regarding potential real estate transactions and serves as a front-facing point of contact for institutional development and the associated philosophy.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs the development, maintenance and operational activities of specified properties and affiliated projects within the institution
- Develops, executes, and presents analyses of potential real estate transactions
- Negotiates contracts for designated facilities and property
- Conducts tours and gives presentations to groups regarding real estate developments and the alignment with strategic plans and objectives
- Manages and audits annual budgets
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
