Job Summary:
In charge of operating and maintaining plant equipment. In charge of personnel as a shift lead worker. Schedules and performs equipment maintenance. Performs as plant lead worker as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures safe and efficient operation of plant and its associated equipment
- Makes regular inspections of plant equipment
- Responsible for maintaining equipment to prevent failures
- Maintains plant maintenance supplies and repair parts inventories
- Oversees readings and makes observations to detect any equipment malfunctions
- Analyzes, interprets data, and communicates recommendations on equipment and systems operations, both verbally and in written reports
- Adheres to safety protocols and procedures
- Complies with environmental protection protocols and procedures
- Works with other individuals and departments/plant locations to coordinate critical services
- Assists with personnel management, including the training and oversight of new employees in plant operational procedures
- Assist and oversees plant personnel and contractors as assigned
