Job Summary:
Develops, plans, writes, produces, directs, and edits television and/or video productions to ensure effective communication of strategic objectives and institutional goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs the execution of strategic productional content. Develops, plans, and writes television and/or video program productions in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Develops and administers production budgets
- Determines production techniques including operating television/video production and post-production equipment and trains other staff on proper and safe use
- Serves as main point of contact with media organizations such as network television entities, broadcast stations, production companies, and institutional production units
