Directs, develops, and coordinates production strategy and process, that may include staff, creative, financial, technological, and administrative components to increase audience engagement.

  • Directs and schedules the work of staff for production, development, and editing of content which may include identifying topics, themes, and/or guests, conducting pre-interviews or interviews, writing, and/or integrating content for multimedia platforms
  • Oversees and/or performs daily operational activities for live and pre-produced content
  • Develops and maintains reports of content evaluation and metrics for stakeholders
  • May serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates with other content creators in pre- to post-production processes
  • Maintains familiarity with studio equipment and/or applicable technology for production
  • May serve as back-up host or fill-in for producers when necessary
