Job Summary:
Directs, develops, and/or produces broadcast and/or digital content and production materials in one or more areas for programming. Directs, develops, and coordinates production strategy and process, that may include staff, creative, financial, technological, and administrative components to increase audience engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directs, researches, and develops production strategy and/or creative and editorial processes and content for one or more programs across broadcast and digital platforms
- Directs and schedules the work of staff for production, development, and editing of content which may include identifying topics, themes, and/or guests, conducting pre-interviews or interviews, writing, and/or integrating content for multimedia platforms
- Oversees and/or performs daily operational activities for live and pre-produced content
- Develops and maintains reports of content evaluation and metrics for stakeholders
- May serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates with other content creators in pre- to post-production processes
- Maintains familiarity with studio equipment and/or applicable technology for production
- May serve as back-up host or fill-in for producers when necessary
