The Talent Recruitment and Engagement Management System (TREMS) is UW–Madison’s applicant tracking system, used to:
- Capture applications through an efficient, consistent, applicant-friendly, one-stop location
- Improve timely communications with applicants
- Systematically collect Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity information
- Streamline processes to support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of applicants
TREMS Training
To access TREMS, users must complete the TREMS online training course. Division human resource (HR) office approval is required for participation.

TREMS Authorization Form
Users will be emailed an access form upon completion of the TREMS training course. Divisions will also use this form to remove a user’s access to TREMS.
