TTC Project Goes Live – November 7, 2021

As of Sunday, November 7, 2021, UW–Madison employees have updated job titles and new position descriptions as part of the Title and Total Compensation Project. For the first time, the university can compare academic staff, university staff, and limited appointee titles and pay against other organizations to compete for talent. The university’s market peers include higher education and private sector organizations. For more information about the university’s new salary structure visit hr.wisc.edu/pay/salary-structure/.

As a result of the implementation your title will be updated in MyUW,  the UW directory, and on your earnings statement for example. You may wish to update your title on your email signature, division website, business cards.
