The Title and Total Compensation Team held Job Family Forums in September/October. Over 1,200 employees attended forums, learned about the study and provided input on the job families under development.
The Title and Total Compensation Study received 729 completed job family exercise worksheets suggesting changes to the job family structure and definitions. The suggestions were provided to the Job Family Functional Teams building the job framework.
The in-person listening sessions were rated by 443 employees with 95.92% satisfaction.
